Privacy Policy — FAST GAME Online

This policy explains what information the games made by FAST GAME TEAM ("the game", "we", "us") collect, why we collect it, how we store and protect it, who we share it with, and how you can access or delete it.

1. Information we receive from Google (Google Sign-In)

When you choose "Sign in with Google", we request only the openid, email and profile scopes. From Google we receive:

Data from Google	What we use it for
Google account ID (the "sub" identifier)	To create and recognise your account so your game progress, items and purchases are saved to you.
Email address	Account recovery, verifying ownership when you contact support, and replying to your messages. It is never shown to other players.
Name	To show a display name in the game. In some games the display name starts as your Google first name; other players may see it (for example in chat, rankings or when visiting you). You can change it in the game. Your surname and email are never shown to other players.
Profile picture URL	Shown only to you, on your own profile button. It is not shown to other players.

We do not request or access your Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendar, location or any other Google data. We do not receive your Google password.

2. Other information we collect

Game data — your characters, pets, items, collections, names you choose, scores, rankings and progress, so the game can work and be restored if something goes wrong.
Chat — in games with chat, messages you post are shown to other players and kept in a log so we can handle reports of abuse. A filter hides rude words.
Country flag — in some games, the country we detect from your connection is shown as a small flag next to your name.
Purchase records — package, amount, currency, date and payment status of in-game purchases. We never see or store your card number; payments are processed directly by Stripe.
Messages you send us — if you use the "Message admin" form in the shop, we keep your message, topic, language and country so we can reply to you by email.
Notifications (optional) — if you turn on notifications, we store your browser's push subscription so we can remind you when your pet needs you. You can turn them off at any time in the game settings or your browser.
Device time zone — so your pet's day and night follow your local time. It is used only for this game feature.
Technical data — IP address, approximate country, browser/device type and error logs, used for security, cheat prevention and choosing your language and currency.
How you found us — if you arrive from one of our posts or ads, we note which one (for example "facebook / post") so we can tell which posts work. It is linked to your account only as a campaign label, not to any other site's data.

3. How we use information

To provide the game: sign-in, saving and restoring your pets and progress, and showing your pet, its name and your chosen nickname in the park and on leaderboards.
To process in-game purchases and resolve payment or item problems.
To keep the game fair and safe: detecting cheating, bots, fraud and abuse.
To respond to your messages and send important service notices.

We do not sell personal data, we do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not use it to train AI/ML models. We do not build advertising profiles.

Google API Services — Limited Use. FAST GAME Online's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide and improve the user-facing sign-in and account features described above; it is not transferred to others except as needed to provide those features, to comply with the law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with your notice; and humans do not read it except with your consent, for security purposes, or to comply with the law.

4. Sharing with third parties

We share personal data only when necessary to run the service:

Stripe — to process purchases you choose to make. Stripe receives the order details; your card data goes directly to Stripe.
Infrastructure providers — our hosting provider and Cloudflare (network security and content delivery) process data on our behalf to deliver the website and game.
Browser push services — if you turn on notifications, the reminder text is delivered through your browser's own push service (for example Google, Apple or Mozilla).
Authorities — when required by Thai law or a valid legal request.

We never sell or rent your data, and we never share Google user data with advertisers or data brokers.

5. How we store and protect data

Data is stored on secured servers operated for FAST GAME Online with access limited to authorised staff who need it to run the game.
All connections use HTTPS (encryption in transit). Sign-in is handled through Google's official OAuth 2.0 flow; we store a session, not your Google password or tokens beyond what sign-in requires.
We use access controls, logging and rate limiting to protect against unauthorised access.

6. How long we keep data

Account and game data (including the Google ID, email, name and picture) — kept while your account is active. If you delete your account, it is deleted within 30 days.
Purchase and payment records — kept for as long as Thai accounting and tax law requires (generally up to 5 years), then deleted.
Security and technical logs — kept for a short period (typically up to 90 days) unless needed to investigate abuse.

7. Your rights and how to delete your data

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, at any time:

Delete your account and data: email [email protected] from the email address linked to your account with the subject "Delete my account", or use the "Message admin" form in the game. We confirm and complete deletion within 30 days. Purchase records we must keep by law are retained only for that legal period.
Disconnect Google: you can remove our access ("rnlfastgame") to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. This stops future sign-ins with Google; to also erase the data we already hold, send a deletion request as above.
You may also complain to the Thai Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).

8. Cookies and local storage

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, a language cookie to remember your language, a cookie that remembers which post or ad you came from (30 days), and browser local storage for game settings such as sound and display options. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

9. Children

The game is intended for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13; if you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it. Purchases by minors should be made with a parent's or guardian's permission.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify players in the game before the change takes effect.
