1. Accepting these terms

By playing any game made by FAST GAME TEAM ("we", "us"; each "the game"), you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the game.

2. Your account

• You sign in with your Google account. Keep that account secure — anyone who can sign in to it can play your game account.
• One person may have one account. Do not sell, share or transfer accounts.
• The game is intended for players aged 13 and over. Players under the age of majority should play and make purchases with a parent's or guardian's permission.

3. In-game items and currency

• Pets, eggs, items, stars and in-game currency are digital licences for use inside the game only. They are not money, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash or sold outside the game.
• In-game items and currency cannot be transferred, gifted or sold to another player or another account.
• Pets live on real time: they get hungry, sleep, grow and, at the end of their lifespan, pass away, as described in the game. This is part of the game and is not a loss we compensate.
• Some content is random, for example the look or rarity of an item you receive. The chances are shown in the game.
• Some games limit how many times you can play each day, refilling over time, to encourage healthy play.
• Names you choose in a game (for example a nickname, pet or shop name) must follow the fair-play rules below; we may change a name that breaks them.
• We may adjust, rebalance or retire game content to keep the game fair and working well.

4. Purchases

• Prices and conditions are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm each purchase.
• Payments are processed by licensed third-party payment providers. We do not store your card details.
• If a purchase does not arrive or you were charged incorrectly, contact us within 30 days and we will fix it, or refund it where required by law.
• Except as stated above or required by law, digital content that has been delivered or used cannot be refunded or exchanged.

5. Fair play

Do not:

• use bots, scripts, cheats, modified clients or exploits of bugs (helpers built into the game itself are allowed);
• post insults, harassment, hate, sexual content, spam or other people's personal information in chat;
• attack, overload or try to gain unauthorised access to the game or its servers;
• use names for pets or nicknames that are offensive, hateful, sexual or impersonate others;
• harass other players or misuse the "Message admin" form.

If you find a bug, please report it to us instead of using it.

6. Suspension and termination

If you break these terms, we may remove the affected content or rewards, or suspend or close your account. You may stop playing and ask us to delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

7. Availability

We work to keep the game available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control. Features such as the AUTO care robot and pet sitter help look after your pet, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

8. Limitation of liability

The game is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses of virtual content, except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, tell players in the game before they take effect. Continuing to play after that means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
